This is the first time that I see Zoodiac Kataroost in top-performing decks. What is her advantage?
Windwitch has been gaining popularity because “Clear Wing Fast Dragon” is a strong opening play against Zoodiac. To answer “Clear Wing Fast Dragon”, Zoodiac runs “Zoodiac Kataroost”.
Besides Nine Pillars, what’s the other trap in the main deck of DD Yang Zing Dino? And what purpose does it serve?
It’s called Return to the Frontlines. It special summons a monster from graveyard in defence position.

I notice alot of Zoodiac players benefiting from the Link Monster dog’s effect.
But what I wanna know is if Master Rule 4 has already been implemented and if so, how are the non-Zoodiac+non-Link Extra Deck users even dueling??
Yes, they have been playing under the “New Master Rule” for nearly 7 weeks now.
Most winning decks are those that don’t rely on multiple Extra Deck monsters. You don’t need Link Monsters if you are going to summon only 1 Extra Deck Monster into the Extra Monster Zone.
So OCG player response to the new Link mechanic and restrictions has been surprisingly not heated?
I mean, with Zoodiac dominating, the new Link rules mean little but….
