Yu-Gi-Oh! Asia Championship 2012 was held on 15 April 2012 in Singapore.
Format:
- 2 groups of 4 players each
- Group A: Hong Kong, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan
- Group B: Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand
- Round Robin during the Group Stage
- Player with the most points of each group will play against each other in the 1st/2nd playoff
- Player with the second-most points of each group will play against each other in the 3rd/4th playoff
