Duelist Cup 2023 China Mainland Finals was held in Shanghai, China on 17 June 2023 and had 72 participants. This is an invite-only tournament consisting of top players from China City Tournaments, Ranking Tournaments and Duelist Cup 2023 China Mainland Regional Qualifiers.

- 6 rounds of Swiss, Top 8 Single-Elimination
- Champion is invited to the Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship 2023
