Why are they not playing Winda anymore?
Before DABL, Tearlaments lacks a boss monster that can hold the ground well (Kitkallos is not suitable and Kaleido-Heart is not enough) so Tearlaments comes to Winda for that
But now with Lulucaros, Tearlaments doesn’t need Winda anymore
Also as Tearlaments is dominating the OCG metagame at the moment, everyone is siding anti-Winda cards such as Pankratops, Alpha the Master of Beast,… so that is one more reason to not running Winda
