why 3 empty controller in main deck？

It can save you from getting attacks, and it is great for disrupting. If you get interrupted by Ash, MAxx or Imperm, and are left with a token or a useless Swrodsoul Mo Ye, you can set the card and have a form of disruption. Also, you can push for game during BP if needed.
It is an ok card, you can even trade some of your minor monsters for a boss, or bait a negation and chain it to at least take the monster and push for game.
why did the Kashtira player play Goliath in the ExtraDeck. Just as a cherry target?
While “Infinitrack Goliath” is an Xyz Material of an Xyz Monster whose original Type is Machine, that Xyz Monster cannot be destroyed by card effects.
“Infinitrack Goliath” could be banished for the cost of activating “Pot of Prosperity”, then later “Kashtira Arise-Heart” effect could attach the banished “Infinitrack Goliath” as Xyz Material. “Kashtira Arise-Heart” is a Machine Xyz Monster and having “Infinitrack Goliath” as Xyz Material would make it cannot be destroyed by card effects.
